Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By using Adaptiv you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You may sign in with email and password or a third-party provider (Google, Apple, LinkedIn).

• When you buy a plan you pay the price shown at checkout for the introductory period stated.
• Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your plan renews automatically at the renewal price and on the renewal cycle shown at checkout, and continues to renew until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account, in two steps, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your renewal date and price are shown on your account page at all times.
• We may change prices for future renewals with reasonable notice by email. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, refund the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We own the lessons, practice tools, and all other content, or we have the right to use it. While your plan is active we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the content.

Anything you type into the practice tools or the AI chat stays yours. You grant us a limited license to process it so we can operate the service (for example, sending your prompt to an AI provider to generate a response). We do not sell it.

Adaptiv teaches you to use AI tools and includes AI-generated responses. AI can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for a given task. Always verify AI output before relying on it for any decision that matters, especially financial, legal, or professional work. Adaptiv is an educational product and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or career advice.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the service.
• Share your account or resell access.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content.
• Interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security, or abuse the AI features.

You can stop using Adaptiv anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. If we end your access without cause, we refund any unused, prepaid period.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and disputes will be handled by the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
