Refund Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
We want you to feel the plan earned its price. If it didn't, here's exactly how a refund works. No phone tree, no fine print.
The 14-day guarantee
Try Adaptiv for your first week. If you complete that week and don't think it was worth what you paid, email hello@adaptiv.example within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund that payment in full.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@adaptiv.example from the address on your account.
- Tell us you'd like a refund. You don't have to explain, though feedback helps us improve.
- We process eligible refunds to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
What's covered
- Your most recent payment, if you request within 14 days of that charge.
- Charges we made in error, at any time.
What isn't covered
Outside the 14-day window, renewal payments are generally non-refundable, since you can cancel anytime before a renewal to avoid the next charge, and your renewal date is always shown on your account page. We may decline repeated refund requests that suggest misuse of the guarantee. None of this limits any refund right you have under the law that applies to you.
Avoiding a charge in the first place
The simplest way to avoid an unwanted renewal is to cancel before it. Open your account, choose Manage subscription, and cancel. It takes two steps and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
